Ritchie Bros.’ annual online equipment auction in Orlando will take place from Feb. 15 to Feb. 20. The auction, although online, will take place in Orlando for buyers to view and interact with products. The auction site will have more than 200 acres for equipment display.

The same February 2020 event featured more than 13,000 equipment items and attracted more than 18,000 bidders from 85 countries. Early equipment highlights this year include more than 460 excavators, more than 300 compactors, more than 240 skid steers, more than 190 loaders, more than 150 dozers, more than 640 aerial work platforms, more than 240 truck tractors and more than 290 trailers, as well as cranes, ag tractors and pickup trucks.

In 2020, Ritchie Bros. experienced a website traffic increase of 24%, while bidder registrations were up 44%. Once online, buyers watchlisted more than 600,000 items and made more than 118,000 PriorityBids. As of today, Ritchie Bros. has online buyers approved with more than $50 billion in purchasing power.
