According to the Russian Aviation Insider, Ural Airlines closed a leasing transaction with SB Leasing Ireland for 14 new Boeing 737MAXs.
The Insider noted that Ural Airlines is Russia’s fifth largest carrier and prior to this deal operated an all-Airbus fleet.
The Insider said SB Leasing, a Dublin-based subsidiary of Russia’s largest state-owned Sberbank, provided a 12-year lease term.
