River Capital Finance added Connie Schmidt as vice president of business development.

Schmidt has 30 years of experience holding positions in vendor, direct and capital markets in equipment finance. Prior to joining River Capital Finance, she worked for several banking and independent leasing organizations. In her new role, Schmidt will cover the Southeast.
