Kris Snow, president of Cisco Capital, became the third female board chair of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association when outgoing board chair Martha Ahlers, president of United Leasing & Finance, passed the leadership torch to Snow on Nov. 10 as part of ELFA 2020 Business LIVE!

Snow joined Ahlers and 2007 board chair Valerie Hayes Jester, president of Brandywine Capital Associates, as the only previous female chairs of the association.

“As the second female board chair of the ELFA, I am thrilled to be passing the gavel to you, another female leader,” Ahlers said during a ceremony at ELFA 2020 Business LIVE!.

“This really is a historic moment,” Snow said. “It’s a great time to recognize and celebrate women’s leadership in our industry.”
