Societe Generale has agreed to sell SF Finans to Nordea Bank for €575 million ($634 million), according to a report from Reuters.

Reuters reported that this sale is one piece of Societe Generale’s larger asset disposition plan.

SG Finans, Societe Generale’s equipment finance and factoring division, serving Norway, Denmark and Sweden, has 360 employees, according to Reuters.
