S&T Bank, a full-service bank with assets of $6.2 billion, and locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York, announced Joshua Druce has joined Integrity Bank – a division of S&T Bank as assistant vice president, commercial banker.

Building upon his extensive experience in the region, Josh will be responsible for expanding the existing customer portfolio to meet the growing needs of Integrity Bank customers. He will also apply his most recent experience – including the management of inbound credit requests and overseeing the daily execution of lending portfolios – to Integrity Bank’s operations to strengthen the bank’s presence and portfolio throughout southcentral Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Integrity Bank, Josh served in roles including account manager, commercial credit analyst and staff auditor and accountant at various financial institutions.
