Stonebriar Commercial Finance Closes $75MM Sale and Leaseback for Beverage Company



Stonebriar Commercial Finance (Stonebriar) today closed a $75 million sale and leaseback of beverage production and packaging equipment for a co-manufacturer of high-growth beverages in the United States. The proceeds will be used to support the lessee’s planned investments in its various facilities and for general corporate purposes.
