STRIPES Leadership Program Announces Introduction Sessions



STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program created in partnership with Monitor and designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within equipment finance, announced its intention to host seven sessions to introduce various aspects of its curriculum. The first session was held on Feb. 2, with the others to be held on Feb. 8, Feb. 10, Feb. 15, Feb. 16, Feb. 22 and Feb. 24. Each session will be the same, so anyone interested in attending only needs to register for one.

A group of leaders from STRIPES Leadership Program will lead the introductory sessions. In these sessions, leaders will share an outline of the STRIPES curriculum, walk through various goals and outcomes and highlight feedback received from industry leaders and current participants. In addition, there will be a Q&A session to answer questions about the program.

STRIPES Leadership Program is a 10-month, rich and unique leadership development experience. The curriculum is designed to present opportunities for participants to expand both personally and professionally to enhance their leadership potential. With a mixture of assessments, a Three-Day Breakthrough experience, Master Talks, Master Workshops, a mentor/mentee program, Breakthrough Reflection sessions, small working cohort groups, professional coaching and leadership development plans, STRIPES delivers a transformative journey for leaders.
