STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program created in partnership with Monitor and designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within equipment finance, hired Brianna Wilson as its new program director.

As the new program director, Wilson will work closely with participants and Master Talk and Master Workshop leaders for the program. Wilson will also provide administrative, organizational, program and operational support for the executive director of STRIPES Leadership Program.

STRIPES Leadership Program is a 10-month, rich and unique leadership development experience. The curriculum is designed to present opportunities for participants to expand both personally and professionally to enhance their leadership potential. With a mixture of assessments, a Three-Day Breakthrough experience, Master Talks, Master Workshops, a mentor/mentee program, Breakthrough Reflection sessions, small working cohort groups, professional coaching and leadership development plans, STRIPES delivers a transformative journey for leaders.

Wilson recently graduated from Whittier College with a bachelor’s degree in English language and literature and a double minor in Japanese (language) and Black cultural studies. She is a skilled editor and writer and also has experience in team management, organization, customer service and communication.

STRIPES Leadership Program offers a 10-month, certificate granting program that provides immersive training delivered by recognized industry leaders and best-in-class leadership experts, including a partnership with global management consultancy firm Gap International.
