Summit Bank, an independent community bank, named Stacy Koos senior vice president and market development officer for the Eugene/Springfield region in Oregon. In this new position, Koos will manage Summit Bank’s continuing market growth and expand its presence throughout the region. Koos will also explore new business opportunities in the existing Eugene/Springfield, OR, market, as well as expand Summit Bank’s footprint to the north in communities such as Albany, OR, and Corvallis, OR.

Koos has spent the past three years as Summit Bank’s commercial banking team leader. A veteran banker of more than 25 years, Koos has experience in commercial banking, lending and branch management. Koos is active in several civic and business organizations, including as the vice chair of the Albany Millersburg Economic Development company and the vice-chair of the Samaritan Albany General Hospital board.
