Supply & Demand Chain Executive Recognizes Fleet Advantage’s Flynn and Dolch as 2023 Pros to Know

John Flynn, founder and former CEO of Fleet Advantage, and Kristopher Dolch, vice president of strategic fleet solutions at Fleet Advantage, were recognized as 2023 “Pros to Know” by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.

Among Flynn and Dolch, this year’s list of honorees is filled with supply chain professionals whose achievements and success stories have helped move the needle in the supply chain, as they promote safety, sustainability and workforce development.

Flynn has been known throughout the transportation industry as an innovator of private corporate truck fleets. When he founded Fleet Advantage in 2008, Flynn set out to build a company that would combine the attributes of hard work, dedication and a commitment to customer excellence, along with a fresh, innovative approach for solving decades worth of challenges in transportation. Because of Flynn’s pioneering vision, Fleet Advantage has made significant strides in innovation in many areas pertinent to companies with transportation fleets and supply chain organizations to help heal their challenges. Flynn’s innovative vision was illustrated when the company placed orders for 200 Class 8 electric vehicle (EV) tractors for deliveries commencing in 2023.

With influence in the distribution, supply chain and broader fleet transportation industries, Dolch possesses more than 23 years of industry experience in developing business solutions and working with large and diverse fleet operations throughout the United States. Dolch’s ability to combine his years of experience, insight, financial understanding and operational foresight are unparalleled within the supply chain, industry verticals and the operation of company fleets. Over the past 12 months, Dolch has worked with many organizations in the supply chain industry to help address how they can continue to find new ways to cope with their on-going challenges and remain focused on their long-term strategies.

“By aligning Fleet Advantage’s values to our clients, while bridging their financial and operational fleet needs, John and Kristopher embody what true leaders in the supply chain should be,” Katerina Jones, chief marketing officer of Fleet Advantage, said. “We are thrilled to congratulate both on this recognition, as today’s supply chains are growing more resilient because of their initiatives, programs and collaborative efforts.”
