Beautifi, a Canadian consumer finance and technology company, has partnered with TFS Financial to expand into medical equipment financing for clinics and doctors. The initiative broadens Beautifi’s scope beyond patient financing, offering clinics flexible funding solutions to acquire cutting-edge medical devices without upfront costs.
Following a successful pilot program in 2024, Beautifi’s equipment financing service is now available to qualified providers seeking advanced technology to enhance their practices. The expansion also benefits suppliers, allowing them to reach more clinics by enabling accessible financing solutions. With medical equipment costs ranging from $80,000 to more than $250,000, the new financing program helps alleviate a significant barrier to innovation and growth in the healthcare sector.
Beautifi Founder and CEO Ryan Brinkhurst said the expansion is rooted in direct conversations with medical providers who frequently cite cost as a major obstacle to acquiring the latest technology.
“I speak to our doctors and clinics every day; I’m very close to their issues and challenges. Something I’ve heard time and again is how expensive new devices are, and yet there is a high demand for the latest technology to stay competitive in a rapidly expanding industry,” Brinkhurst said. “By extending Beautifi’s lending capacity to our partners, we have a natural extension of our services and an improved offering that helps us deliver best-in-class partner experiences.”
Beautifi’s move into the equipment financing space is backed by a joint venture with TFS Financial, a capital provider specializing in commercial asset acquisition across industries. Together, Beautifi and TFS Financial aim to set a new standard in integrated financing solutions, seamlessly connecting capital access, technology procurement and patient demand generation to drive clinic success.
