Larry Molenburg will expand his role as senior vice president of business development at TopMark Funding to help strategically grow TopMark Funding’s dealer and program division. Previously, Molenburg, under the same title since January, held partial responsibility for these initiatives while still managing other areas of the sales team. This expansion of responsibility allows Molenburg to be more focused on strategic growth in this space.
“Larry has been a key team member since we opened TopMark’s doors nearly six years ago,” Evan Lang, co-founder and managing partner of TopMark Funding, said. “When we saw the opportunity to build a division that could better serve dealers directly, we knew that the groundwork Larry had started could be exponentially expanded if this was his primary focus.”
Molenburg joined TopMark Funding in May 2016. He has held a variety of sales team roles within the organization, but most recently, before his promotion, he served as a regional sales manager.
“This is an area of the business that I’ve always been passionate about and with the support from TopMark’s leadership team, I’m excited to expand our efforts in this area,” Molenburg said. “My focus will be to establish a convenient point for originating dealers’ transactions and to deliver best-in-class service.”
In the coming months, TopMark Funding plans to roll out new features and technology that will help Molenburg and his team better serve dealers and their customers with commercial vehicle transactions.
