Transport Topics reported, citing data from Avondale Partners, over 3500 trucks were sidelined during Q1/16 as a result of a sharp increase in the fleet failure rate.
The trade magazine said first quarter 2016 failures were the highest since the Q3/14, but noted last year’s failures were “abnormally low”, according to an Avondale analyst.
