Bloomberg reported that by the end of September, the U.S. Treasury will grant licenses to Iran that will allow the country to close the purchases of more than 200 aircraft from Boeing and Airbus.
Bloomberg noted that Iran signed an agreement to purchases 80 aircraft and lease 29 with Boeing back in June, marking the first deal between the two.
Bloomberg also said that Airbus and Iran entered into a $27 billion agreement for 118 planes in January.
