Union Leasing, a mid-market fleet management company and a subsidiary of Sasser Family Companies, named Brad Kacsh senior manager of license and title.

Kacsh has more than 15 years of fleet experience and has held a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, he was senior manager of fleet operations at Penske Logistics, where he was responsible for operations and strategic initiatives for the company’s 20,000-unit fleet. He was previously director of licensing and on-road products for Donlen after starting his fleet career at Wheels.

Kacsh will be responsible for license and title department operations, processes and products at Union Leasing.
