Vantage Financial Hires Industry Veterans Mathis and Pietrowski

Vantage Financial added two seasoned professionals to its team: Dave Mathis as managing director and Steve Pietrowski as assistant vice president – credit and collections specialist. Both bring over two decades of experience in the equipment financing industry.

Mathis joins Vantage following a 22-year tenure at Winthrop Resources, a subsidiary of TCF Bank, and later Huntington Bank, where he served as a national account manager for the Midwest region. His deep expertise in the healthcare sector and proven track record in building strategic partnerships will strengthen Vantage’s sales efforts as the company continues to expand its presence in the healthcare market.

Pietrowski also brings an impressive background, having spent 25 years at Winthrop Resources and subsequently Huntington Bank, followed by two and a half years with Honour Capital. In his previous roles as credit analyst and collections manager, he developed a reputation for effective collections management and credit expertise. At Vantage, Pietrowski will play a key role on the credit team, driving collections efforts and contributing his vast industry knowledge to support the company’s growth.

“We are thrilled to welcome Dave and Steve to the Vantage team,” Marc Snover, CEO of Vantage Financial, said. “Their extensive experience and deep understanding of the equipment leasing industry are invaluable as we enhance our service offerings and expand into key markets like healthcare. We are confident that their expertise will further strengthen our commitment to providing customized financing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
