Vantage Financial’s inspireIT Supports Youth Education in Haiti

Vantage Financial, through its inspireIT program, will be donating educational technology to Free the Kids, a U.S.-based charity that supports a project in Les Cayes, Haiti called “ESPWA” with more than 1,200 students.

With an average wage of about $1.25 per day, Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere and one of the poorest countries in the world.

According to Free the Kids Executive Director Frank Irr, “This donation will support the technology needs for the students at ESPWA (Creole for “Project Hope”) so that they can learn to utilize technology to find employment and improve their quality of life”.

Vantage also announced an ongoing inspireIT Scholarship for qualified students graduating from ESPWA with a need for educational technology for their college education.

Vantage is a provider of technology equipment leasing and technology life cycle management to public and private schools.
