Verdant Commercial Capital hired Jennifer Karpinecz as a vice president and relationship manager. She will work with industrial and construction companies in the eastern United States.

Karpinecz has 17 years of experience and was most recently vice president of global program management for construction, transportation and industrial at DLL. She was responsible for more than $250 million in financing transactions in the past three years.
