VFI Corporate Finance, a commercial finance company primarily involved in leasing capital assets throughout North America, added Jessica Wilde as a VP and senior contract attorney.
Wilde joined the VFI team with more than 12 years of experience from Salt Lake City law firm Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough, where she practiced in the commercial litigation group. In addition to her legal duties, Wilde was a member of the firm’s board of directors and chairman of the Women Lawyers Group. In her new role for VFI, Wilde will be responsible for assisting with all legal aspects of VFI’s contracts.
“Increasing our legal expertise will add significant value to every department within VFI. Jessica is an excellent addition, and we look forward to the impact her legal expertise and team-oriented personality will have on our productivity and efficacy,” Burk Reynolds, chief operating officer of VFI Corporate Finance, said.
Prior to her law firm experience, Wilde clerked for the Honorable Dee Benson of the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
