VIVIS Expands into Equipment Leasing

VIVIS, a subsidiary of Neutra Corporation, is expanding its business to include equipment leasing and consulting services for CBD production. The move comes as the company seeks to diversify its revenue streams amid growing interest in the hemp-based wellness market.

VIVIS plans to offer consulting services to emerging businesses on setting up and managing CBD production facilities. The expansion follows the company’s success in launching two CBD processing plants in the Houston area this year—one in Sugar Land and another in Katy. These facilities currently manufacture lab-tested, hemp-based CBD products, including lotions, salves, tinctures, and gummies.

The company will also lease CBD production equipment, either as a complement to its consulting services or as a standalone offering for businesses looking to enter the market. Neutra CEO Sydney Jim said the decision aligns with VIVIS’ expertise in CBD production and market demand for high-quality hemp-based products.

“This is a natural progression for us,” Jim said. “We’ve developed significant expertise, and other companies want to follow our lead. We see this as an opportunity to create new revenue sources while supporting the industry’s growth.”

Neutra Corporation, the parent company of VIVIS, focuses on developing health-oriented products, including those within the expanding hemp-based CBD market. The company has positioned itself to capitalize on the sector’s increasing consumer demand.
