Waypoint Leasing, an independent helicopter lessor based in Ireland, closed its second transaction with Lider Taxi Aereo, a provider of helicopter services to the Brazilian offshore energy industry.

The transaction included the purchase and leaseback of a Sikorsky S-92 helicopter, which will operate in support of offshore oil and gas operations in Brazil.
