White Oak Healthcare Finance closed an incremental financing for Hopebridge, which provides pediatric, clinic based, outpatient therapy services to children and adolescents struggling with developmental and behavioral challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or ASD.
White Oak will lead the financing as sole lender and agent. Baird Capital is an investor in Hopebridge.
“We are excited to continue the relationship with Hopebridge and strengthen our partnership,” said Ross Eldridge, White Oak managing director. “Hopebridge provides critical services to an underserved autism population and the company has done an excellent job of managing rapid expansion.”
Dennis May, CEO of Hopebridge, said, “As we continue to expand our reach, White Oak has been an instrumental partner in fueling our continued growth. As a result of our partnership with White Oak and the amazing work of our therapists, we’ve become the largest clinical provider of ABA services in the Midwest.”
Hopebridge operates in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky while continuing to expand into other geographies to meet the rising demand for Autism related services.
