Erik Weiting Hsu joined the legal department of Wintrust Commercial Finance. Hsu will be located in Frisco, TX.

Hsu most recently served as of counsel at Winstead PC in Dallas. He has extensive experience representing secured lenders, unsecured creditors, lessors, bondholders, trustees and other parties. Prior to joining Winstead PC, Erik served as law clerk for the Honorable Leif Clark in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.
