Wintrust Commercial Finance (WCF), a division of Wintrust Asset Finance, appointed Keith Reilly senior vice president to lead the company’s sell-side syndications activities and to expand its indirect originations capabilities. Reilly will be based out of the Frisco, TX headquarters but will work remotely in the Baltimore area. He will work alongside industry veterans including Steve Cusick and Andre Crompton, both responsible for indirect originations, and will be reporting to Keith Moore, the senior vice president and group head for capital markets.

Reilly has 13 years of experience in the industry, previously working with Encina Equipment Finance as VP, indirect originations and syndication. His background includes credit, capital markets and direct origination roles.
