Lease Corporation of America (LCA) and LCA Bank (LCAB) made multiple personnel changes, partially spurred by the departure of Jeffery Sugg. Among the changes, John B. Kemp, chairman and CEO of LCA, will replace Sugg as CEO of LCAB and Jillian Vogel was promoted to president of LCA. read more
