Hertz Global Holdings announced it has completed the sale of the France and Spain businesses of Hertz Equipment Rental (HERC) to the LOXAM Group through the transfer of the entire share capital of Hertz Equipement France SAS and Hertz Alquiler de Maquinaria, SLU.
