Element Announces Executive Board Appointments, Retirements

Element Financial announced it appointed William Lovatt as chairman of its board of directors, Richard Venn as its vice-chairman and The Hon. Brian Tobin as an independent director. Steven Small and Michael D. Harris also announced their retirement from the board. read more
