Star Hill Financial, an independent franchise and equipment finance company, appointed David T. Bell director of franchise sales. Prior to joining Star Hill, David served as a partner, executive vice president and director of strategic alliances at WingFinance.

“David’s previous roles at CIT and GE Capital where he managed multiple brands in quick service restaurant and national hotel chains has prepared him for this role,” Keith Smith, president of the franchise and equipment finance divisions at Star Hill, said.
“I am extremely excited to join the SH Team,” Bell said. “Franchising finance is an exciting industry, and I am looking forward to using my experience to help the team exceed the new business goals.”
In addition to franchise financing, Bell has experience in SBA Lending. He has been involved with National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) for more than 15 years.
