“My team leader at Ascentium Capital, Craig Colling, discussed with me the importance of obtaining the designation,” Fial, who attended the first Academy for Lease and Finance Professionals of 2023, which was hosted by Ascentium, said. “I started in the equipment finance industry in 1982 and after all these years, by obtaining this certification, I finally feel that I have reached the pinnacle in this industry.”
