Wintrust Specialty Finance, a division of Beverly Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank, announced Barry Hart joined the company as vice president of business development – industrial. Hart will be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas and will be focused on expanding Wintrust Specialty Finance’s overall industrial lending business across the United States. He joined a sales team led by Doug Nielsen, chief sales officer of Wintrust Specialty Finance.
“I’m very excited to join the Wintrust Specialty Finance team and be a part of the continuing growth of the industrial vertical,” Hart said. “I’m looking forward to combining my experience and skill set with the tremendous resources Wintrust can bring to third-party and equipment vendors in the industrial and construction space.”

Hart has more than 30 years of experience. Before joining Wintrust Specialty Finance, Hart held equipment lending roles at Rollins Leasing, GE Commercial Finance, Citi Capital, TCF Bank, Element, Penske, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance and Verdant Commercial Capital.
