1st Source Bank promoted Chris Lee to president of the specialty finance group’s aviation finance division to replace David Hudak, who will retire on Sept. 30.
Lee has a background in aviation that includes international and domestic experience that began in 1998 at Cessna Finance. He later joined SkyVenture International as global vice president of sales. In July 2020, Lee joined the 1st Source Bank aviation team as relationship sales officer and vice president based in Austin, TX.
“We are very excited to promote Chris Lee into this executive leadership role,” Christopher Craft, president and chief operating officer of 1st Source Bank’s specialty finance group, said. “His deep aviation knowledge, positive leadership approach and proven dedication to expedited client service will keep our billion-dollar aviation portfolio soaring.”
Lee is an aircraft owner and a commercial pilot with instrument, multi-engine, land and sea ratings. He also and holds multiple jet type ratings.
