XCMG America Financial promoted Joe Bellanca to vice president of risk and program management. In this new role, Bellanca will be responsible for spearheading XCMG America Financial’s risk management strategies and overseeing financing program development and execution.
XCMG America Financial hired Bellanca last year as director of capital. He has more than 25 years of equipment finance industry experience, including previous roles at Komatsu Financial, Key Equipment Finance, Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance and Skyjack Financial Services.
