First American Equipment Finance was ranked No. 1 on the Top Workplaces 2024 list in Rochester, NY, in the midsize category (125-399 full-time employees).
The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement specialist Energage. The confidential survey measures the employee experience and its component themes, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
