PlainsCapital Bank welcomed Jerrod Dawson, CFA to its Private Bank as senior vice president, manager of Investment Strategies and Portfolio Management.
Dawson will be based at PlainsCapital’s Hilltop Plaza location at 6565 Hillcrest Avenue in Dallas.

Dawson brings 29 years of experience in financial services, with expertise in investment strategy, asset allocation, and portfolio management. He joins PlainsCapital from Quest Capital Management, where he spent more than a decade as chief investment officer.
Prior to Quest Capital, Dawson held senior investment roles at Comerica Bank and Bank of America. He earned his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma, followed by an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma City University.
