Supply & Demand Chain Executive has named three Fleet Advantage executives—Marc Gingold, Shayna Sweet, and Kirsten Babb—as 2025 Pros to Know for their contributions to fleet operations, financial strategy, and procurement excellence.

The annual Pros to Know award honors leaders who drive innovation and efficiency in supply chain management. This year’s honorees include Gingold, recognized for financial leadership, Sweet for transportation innovation, and Babb for procurement advancements.

Gingold, vice president of Syndication, was recognized in the Leaders in Excellence category for structuring financial strategies that modernize fleet operations. Over the past year, he facilitated $1.1 billion in lease originations, funding 7,500 tractors and trailers. He also mentors Fleet Advantage associates through the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) certification process and supports young professionals through Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Sweet, manager of Dealer Services and Operations Administration, was named a Top Transportation Innovator for her role in developing the Draw Manager feature within Fleet Advantage’s Advanced Truck Lifecycle Administrative Analytics Software (ATLAAS). Her contributions have streamlined interim funding processes and improved operational efficiency.

Babb, Fleet Procurement manager, earned recognition in the Top Procurement Pros category for managing $500 million in lease originations and optimizing procurement strategies. She led enhancements that improved vehicle delivery timelines by 30% and increased fleet fuel efficiency by 2%. She also mentors women in the industry through the Women In Trucking Mentor Match Program.

“As Fleet Advantage continues to push the boundaries of innovation in fleet modernization, we are incredibly proud to see Shayna, Marc, and Kirsten recognized for their outstanding contributions,” Katerina Jones, chief marketing officer of Fleet Advantage, said. “Their expertise, leadership, and commitment to advancing operational efficiency and sustainability embody the values that drive Fleet Advantage’s success.”
