Regions Bank has been recognized with the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, marking the 11th time the company has received the honor for employee engagement.
The award highlights organizations with the most engaged workplace cultures worldwide. Gallup cited Regions’ continued commitment to fostering a supportive environment for employees as a key factor in the recognition.
“The engagement of our associates is foundational to our company’s success,” said Dave Keenan, Regions’ chief administrative and human resources officer. “Engagement creates a workplace where current talent wants to stay, and new talent wants to join.”
Gallup CEO Jon Clifton praised Regions for its focus on both people and performance, calling the company’s approach “remarkable.”
Gallup’s findings are based on a meta-analysis of data from over 3.3 million employees across 347 organizations in 90 countries. According to the research, highly engaged workplaces outperform peers in areas such as profitability, customer ratings, productivity and retention.
Regions Financial Corporation, based in Birmingham, operates more than 1,200 branches and 2,000 ATMs across the South, Midwest and Texas.
