Element Fleet Management Corp. and global partner Arval are marking the 30th anniversary of their alliance with the release of new findings from the 2025 Fleet and Mobility Barometer, highlighting ongoing shifts in fleet electrification, cost efficiency, and workforce mobility.

According to the report, 85% of companies now have or plan to implement a charging policy, signaling a broad commitment to sustainability. The report also notes that 91% of companies expect their fleets to either grow or remain the same over the next three years, despite global economic and geopolitical pressures.

The Barometer, developed by the Arval Mobility Observatory and the Element-Arval Global Alliance, draws from more than 8,000 interviews with fleet decision-makers in 28 countries. It offers insights into evolving strategies for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, with Europe continuing to lead in electrification rates.

Workforce mobility is another focus, with 45% of companies citing human resource needs as a primary driver behind employee mobility policies. Technologies like telematics and connected vehicles are also being used to improve driver behavior and reduce accidents.

The Element-Arval Global Alliance, which now includes eight partners with a presence in 55 countries, manages more than 4.5 million vehicles. The Alliance welcomed Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Service in 2023 to expand its reach in Asia.

Element joined the Barometer initiative in 2023, adding North American and Australasian insights to the report.

More information about the report and the Alliance is available at www.elementfleet.com.
