Dext Capital has hired John Heist Jr. as vice president of syndications to support and expand the company’s sell-side activities within its Capital Markets Group.
Heist brings extensive experience in syndication, having held senior roles at Gordon Brothers Equipment Finance, Toyota Industries Commercial Finance and Summit Funding. He has worked across all phases of the syndication process, including marketing, closing and funding.

Heist holds a bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has also served on the board of directors of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
