Baystone Government Finance has promoted Karen Neathery to assistant vice president, account manager.
Neathery, who joined Baystone in 2021, most recently served as a government finance account manager. She brings more than two decades of experience in finance and banking and has been active in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.
“Karen is a key member of our team here at Baystone Government Finance,” Evan Howe, executive vice president, said. “In her expanded role, she will continue to develop strong relationships by supporting clients who seek to finance equipment in the municipal market.”

Baystone also recognized David Burr, vice president of government finance business development for reaching a 10-year anniversary. Burr has focused on government finance business development, helping establish new financing programs and partnerships across the municipal sector. He is a member of the Association for Governmental Leasing and Finance and ELFA.
