Clarus Capital closed a $20 million capital lease facility for a producer of specialty chemicals and downstream resin and coating products. Proceeds from Clarus’ investment will accommodate the build-out and acquisition of complex production assets to further enhance the chemical manufacturers’ range of capabilities within its footprint.
