Mariani’s career includes executive roles at First Citizens Bank, CNH Industrial Capital, and Navistar, where he consistently drove profitable growth while implementing strategic credit and risk management frameworks. His unique blend of experience in both financial services and dealership operations allows him to provide clients with real-world insights that drive smarter decision-making and stronger bottom lines.
