United Leasing & Finance has appointed John Greaney as Chief Operating Officer and Jon Kicklighter as Chief Credit Officer. Both will support key operational and credit risk initiatives as the company continues to expand.
Greaney will oversee day-to-day operations and lead efforts to enhance efficiency and customer service. He previously served as vice president of operations at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville, where he led initiatives to streamline performance and support growth.

Kicklighter, who has more than 15 years of experience in banking and finance, will oversee credit risk management, underwriting and portfolio strategy. He was most recently Senior Vice President of risk at SLR Equipment Finance.
