STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry, launched its 7th cohort on Tuesday, May 13th.
This immersive kickoff event introduced new ways of thinking & leading, while laying the groundwork for participants’ capstone projects. Each project involves an initiative designed to drive meaningful impact within each participant’s organization. At the same time, participants began building deeper connections within their cohort, expanding their network across the industry.
“Over the course of three intensive days, our participants gained profound insights into the core fundamentals of effective leadership and strategies to consistently engage and inspire excellence in others,” Wendi Wasik, STRIPES Transformational Leader and Founder & CEO of Wasik Consulting, said. “What sets this program apart is its focus on transformational learning. Unlike traditional leadership training, which often centers on skills and techniques, transformational learning is an experiential process that challenges participants to critically reflect on and transcend their existing paradigms.”
Participants in STRIPES’ cohort 7 will soon be diving into Business and Leadership Workshops, and Executive Roundtable discussions on various leadership topics delivered by recognized industry leaders and best-in-class leadership experts. In addition, participants will deepen their transformational work and account for their capstone projects during group coaching sessions and check-in meetings.
STRIPES Participants will be challenged, inspired, and will ultimately develop into the best and brightest leaders prepared to create the future of our industry.
