We have established relationships with nationwide lessors, including the largest private and public leasing companies in the U.S. Our portfolio includes a wide range of equipment, including technology, medical, manufacturing and various other types of income-producing equipment. The “sweet spot” of our transactions is large, publicly traded companies that have historically strong cash flows and reasonably strong balance sheets. We can offer financing terms up to seven years at very aggressive and competitive rates. We also provide financing to large, privately held and institutional type credits with revenues exceeding $250 million.
