Lovern J. Gordon, CLFP, National Business Development at Boston Financial, is a leader who believes the true measure of leadership is what we pour back into people. As a child witness and young adult survivor of domestic violence, she is passionate about raising awareness and helping others find strength and safety. This work outside the office profoundly influences her perspective, teaching patience and the importance of truly listening – lessons she carries into every professional situation. She applies this to her work, believing that while the focus can be on deals and bottom lines, a leader’s true impact is measured by their commitment to team members, clients, and communities.
