Giordano began her career at ADP Commercial Leasing, where she managed all aspects of its leasing platforms. Over time, she advanced into high-impact roles spanning technology, operations and business strategy. During her tenure, Giordano led transformational SaaS, cloud and digital initiatives, laying the foundation for her ability to integrate complex technologies to streamline operations.

Upon joining PEAC Solutions, Giordano took up the role of modernizing the company’s technology foundation, leading the development and delivery of enterprise applications. She led the transition of origination and servicing processes from outdated systems to a modern technology platform, minimizing disruption. Giordano successfully transitioned the technology organization to more enhanced delivery practices and established a robust API framework for partners.
