Lisa Holland is a tentpole figure in the equipment finance industry, prioritizing effective mentorship, calculated decision-making and translating data into long-term action plans to reinforce LTi’s bottom line.

From the moment Holland stepped into her first accounting internship in the manufacturing sector as a college student, she understood that leadership is not defined by the number of tasks you accept but by the clarity of your vision, the confidence of your decisions and the integrity of your actions.

A single piece of advice from a vice president — “if you say yes to everything, you’ll never escape the file room” — became a guiding principle that shaped her career. Within two years, that philosophy propelled her into the role of controller, setting the foundation for a career defined by strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making and transformational impact.

Holland’s professional journey has spanned public accounting, senior leadership roles in the senior living sector and corporate finance for a national media company. Each chapter sharpened her expertise in financial operations, strategic planning and organizational leadership. She brought these skills to LTi Technology Solutions in 2020 as a Controller and Director of Finance. Joining during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, she immersed herself in the equipment finance industry and collaborated with the leadership team. Her ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable strategies has been key to aligning operational execution with corporate vision.

Her leadership has been impactful in transforming how LTi leverages data to drive performance. She spearheaded the development of sophisticated financial models, automated forecasting and reporting systems, and published KPI dashboards that deliver real-time insights across the organization. These innovations have improved accuracy, cut processing times by more than 50% and strengthened strategic decision-making at every level. Beyond process improvement, Holland’s work has elevated finance from a reporting function to a strategic partner — one that informs product development, customer engagement and long-term growth planning.

“Lisa has a remarkable ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and she does it with a collaborative spirit that makes her an exceptional partner,” says Jen Martin, Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at LTi. “She is currently helping LTi’s Product team design a profitability framework that is influencing how we prioritize products and make smarter decisions for the future.”

Equally passionate about people as she is about performance, Holland is committed to mentoring emerging leaders and creating pathways for growth. She believes that leadership is measured not only by outcomes but also by the success of those she guides, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing those she has coached rise into leadership roles.

Holland’s professional mission is to use financial strategy as a catalyst for innovation, inclusion and industry advancement. In doing so, she’s helping shape the future of LTi and leaving a legacy of leadership defined by integrity, insight and impact.

Outside the office, Holland balances a full and active life as a mother of five. Her dedication to both career and family underscores a powerful message to other working parents: you don’t have to choose between professional ambition and personal fulfillment; with the right support system and a career you love, you can excel at both.

“True leadership is about having the courage to define your own path, the curiosity to solve meaningful problems and the confidence to turn insight into impact. Trust your perspective, speak with purpose, and let your decisions create opportunities for yourself and others.”
