Her consistent performance and passion for leadership led her to progressive management roles and eventually to her current director position. Today, she serves as a driving force for LEAF’s growth strategy, overseeing diversified vendor programs and helping the company strengthen its position in competitive industries such as construction, material handling and technology.

Known for her authentic, motivational leadership style, Sander fosters a culture of inclusion, trust and collaboration. She mentors emerging professionals across the organization and challenges the status quo to open doors for them.
