Trnsact announced the launch of Protect IQ, a new intelligence layer within the Trnsact Protect Menu that dynamically optimizes the presentation of protection products for each buyer transaction.
Protection products such as warranties, service contracts and insurance have traditionally been presented to buyers through static menus that require deep product knowledge from the selling team. Protect IQ replaces this model with a system-driven approach that uses structured qualification questions, buyer usage profiles, vendor product rules and dealer preferences to automatically generate a curated, ranked set of protection options for each transaction.
The primary benefit of Protect IQ is a significant reduction in the training and expertise required from dealer sales and finance teams. Rather than requiring personnel to memorize the details, rules, and pricing of dozens of protection products, Protect IQ embeds that expertise directly into the transaction workflow. The system provides clear recommendations along with the reasoning behind them, enabling sales teams to present protection options confidently and efficiently.
